摘要
目的 观察两种树脂在修复重度氟牙症楔状缺损的成功率.方法 将21 例重度氟牙症楔状缺损患者随机均分成A、B 两组,A 组采用3MFiltek. Z350 纳米树脂进行缺损修复;B 组采用可乐丽菲露AP-X 复合树脂充填修复.在充填修复治疗后6 个月和12 个月进行复查,观察充填成功率.结果 所有患者均获得12 ~ 18 个月(平均14.5 个月)的临床随访.6 个月复查时,A 组的修复成功率为93.3%(28/30),B 组的修复成功率为88.2%(30/34),差异无统计学意义(P 〉 0.05).在12 个月时,A 组修复成功率显著高于B 组(90.0% vs . 73.5%),差异有统计学意义(P 〈 0.05).两组病例在各时间点复查均未出现继发龋.B 组在12 个月复查时出现牙髓病变3 例,A 组未发现牙髓病变病例.结论 在修复重度氟牙症楔状缺损时,3M Filtek. Z350 纳米树脂具有较高的成功率.
Objective To observe the success rate of different materials in repairing wedge-shaped defect of severe dental fluorosis. Methods Twentyonepatients with wedge-shaped defect of dental fluorosis were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A was treated with 3M Filtek Z350 nano-resin fordefect repair; group B was treated with Coryaphilus AP-X composite resin. 6 months and 12 months after filling repair, the success rate of filling was observed.Results All patients were followed for 12 to 18 months( mean 14.5 months). 6 months when the review, the success rate of repair was 93.3%( 28/30) in groupA and 88.2%( 30/34) in group B, the difference was not statistically significant( P 〉 0.05). At 12 months, the success rate of group A was significantlyhigher than that of group B( 90.0% vs . 73.5%), the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05). Two groups of patients at all time points in the reviewdid not appear secondary caries. In group B, there were 3 cases of pulp lesions at the 12-month follow-up and no cases of pulpitis were found in group A.Conclusion 3M FiltekTM Z350 nanostructured resin has a high success rate in the treatment of severe wedge-shaped defects of dental fluorosis.
