提升我国地方政府公共政策执行力的对策研究

A Study on Improving the Public Policy Executive Ability for Local Government

以地方政府公共政策执行力作为研究对象,从其基本概念和构成要素入手,揭示目前我国地方政府在执行公共政策的过程中存在的问题;探讨导致公共政策执行力弱化的原因;根据我国地方政府的实际情况,从提高公共政策执行主体执行力、完善公共政策的制定、推进行政体制改革及完善公共政策执行机制等四个方面提出有效提高地方政府公共政策执行力的对策建议。

Based on the basic concept and elements of local public policy implementation, this paper reveals the problems existing in the implementation of public policies in China^s local governments and the causes of weakening of public policy execution. The author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the implementation of public policy effectively from four aspects： improving the executive power of public policy implementation, improving the formulation of public policy, promoting the reform of administrative system and perfecting the mechanism of public poKcy implementation.
