摘要 对低温容器设计中遇到的"低温低应力工况"的定义、标准进行分析,阐述寒冷地区的低温环境对真空低温液体贮槽外容器材料的性能影响,并介绍如何选择外容器的设计温度、外容器的应力计算和低温低应力工况的判定方法。 The definition and standard of "low temperature and low stress condition" encountered in the design of cryogenic vessel were analyzed, and the effects of low temperature environment in cold area on the perfonnance of the vacuum cryogenic liquid tank outside the container material were elaborated, and how to choose the design temperature, the stress calculation of the outer container and the determination method of the low stress condition at low temperature were introduced.
