摘要
关于隧道塌方研究成果甚多,但针对TBM施工塌方治理技术的研究鲜见。基于此,以中天山隧道TBM施工过程中的软弱围岩洞段的一次塌方事故为例,从地质分析入手,依据TBM施工机械的特点,提出加固坍腔、人工钻爆、固结坍体、人工开挖坍体并支护的一系列安全治理措施。经现场检验,该治理方案效果良好,具有一定借鉴意义。
There are a lot of research results about the tunnel collapse, but the research on the treatment technologyof TBM construction landslide is rare. Based on this, taking a landslide accident in the soft rock tunnel during theTBM construction of the Zhongtian mountain tunnel as an example, starting from the geological analysis, according tothe characteristics of TBM construction machinery, a series of safety measures of reinforce the collapse cavity, artifi-cial drilling and blasting, consolidation of the collapse body, artificial excavation and supporting the collapse bodywere put forward. Through the field test, the control scheme has a good effect, and it has a certain reference value.
