典型印染行业废水污染特征及处理工艺应用

Typical Printing and Dyeing Industry Wastewater Pollution Characteristics and Treatment Technology Application

印染废水因产品方案和原料不同,所采用的前处理、染色工艺、所用染料和助剂也不同,其废水污染物种类和浓度相差很大。基于此,以高档面料印染废水为例,重点研究高档面料印染废水产生特征、国内常用的印染废水处理工艺,并进行典型企业印染废水处理工艺设计。

Printing and dyeing wastewater because of different product solutions and raw materials, the use of pretreatment, dyeing process, the use of dyes and auxiliaries are different, and the types and concentrations of pollutants in wastewater are very different. Based on this, taking high-grade fabric printing and dyeing waste water for example, high-grade fabric printing and dyeing wastewater characteristics and the domestic use of printing and dyeing waste- water treatment process were mainly studied, and the typical enterprise printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process was designed.
