农村水电站增效扩容改造方案及评价分析

针对农村小水电增效扩容改造方案中,水能复核计算、装机容量确定、机组选型、机电设备改造和经济评价等关键技术问题,以河南省某水电站为例,结合农村小水电增效扩容改造的具体要求,重点分析说明改造方案的具体内容,为该类工程设计提供参考。

In view of the key technology such as water power review calculation, installation capacity determination, unit selection, mechanical and electrical equipment transformation and economic evaluation of the rural small hydropower capacity expansion reconstruction project, taking a hydropower station in Henan Province as an example, combined with the specific requirements of the reform of rural small hydropower capacity expansion, this paper emphased on the specific content of reform plan to provide a reference for the engineering design.
