摘要
现代农业产业技术体系建设是现代农业发展的重要支撑,也是国家现代农业科技创新的重要组成,如何评价现代农业产业技术体系绩效并进行优化成为当前重要的议题.本文从现代农业产业技术体系绩效评价指标确立原则入手,解释现代农业产业技术体系的指标内涵,在此基础上提出完善现代农业产业技术体系建设的对策.
Modern agricultural industry technology system construction is the significant support of modern agricultural development, is also national important component of modern agricultural science and technology innovation. How to evaluate modern agricultural industry technology system and optimize it, have become the important issue. This paper started from modern agricultural industry technology system performance evaluation indicators to establish principles, explained the index connotation of modern agriculture industry technology system and put forward some countermeasures for perfecting the construction of modern agricultural industry technology system.
