心理疏导疗法治疗银屑病的临床分析

Clinical analysis of psychological counseling in the treatment of psoriasis

目的:探讨心理疏导疗法治疗银屑病的临床状况.方法:随机选取吉林省脑科医院、四平市第一人民医院2013-04/2015-05收治的90例银屑病住院及门诊患者作为研究对象,将其按挂号单双号分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45),两组均接受中西医结合的治疗方式,但护理方式存在差异,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予心理疏导疗法,比较两组患者的临床状况.结果:研究组护理总满意度为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床治疗银屑病的过程中,可在常规护理的基础上给予心理疏导疗法,该护理方式可提高患者的临床疗效,改善护患关系,进而改善患者的生活质量.

AIM： To discuss the clinical condition of psychological counseling therapy in treatment of psoriasis. METHODS： A total of 90 patients with psoriasis admitted to Brain Hospital of Jilin Province and the First People＇s Hospital of Siping from April2014 to May 2015 were randomly selected as research objects and divided into control group and research group according to their odd-even registration number,with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with combination of Chinese and western medicine. However,the nursing ways were different. The control group was given routine nursing care,while the research group was given psychological counseling therapy on the basis of conventional nursing. Clinical conditions of the two groups were compared. RESULTS： The total satisfaction degree of nursing in research group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22% of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： In the process of clinical treatment of psoriasis,psychological counseling therapy can improve the patient＇s clinical curative effect,the relationship between nurses and patients,and the patient＇s quality of life.
