探讨重症肝炎患者的消毒隔离及护理干预的意义

目的探讨消毒隔离以及有效的护理措施在重症肝炎患者中护理的价值。方法针对2013年9月—2016年2月在该院入院治疗的重症肝炎患者76例,进行病房(及医护人员与病人)的消毒与隔离措施,保证患者的治疗环境,并按照护理方式分成对照组与研究组。对照组38例,给予常规护理措施;研究组38例,在对照组的基础上给予个性化护理措施,如心理护理、生活护理、饮食护理、并发症护理及健康教育等。观察并统计两组患者的护理满意度,并对比患者的相关并发症,观察相关医护人员的感染情况。结果 1所有护理过程中,相关医护人员无感染案例。研究组患者的总体护理满意度为97.4%,对照组患者的护理满意度为78.9%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2研究组患者综合并发症发生率为18.4%(7/38),对照组患者的综合并发症发生率为39.5%(15/38),明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论对于重症肝炎患者的治疗,有效的个性化护理措施能够提高患者的治疗积极性,预防、及时发现并治疗患者出血的各种并发症,降低患者并发症的发生,改善患者的治疗效果。同时,对重症肝炎患者的治疗环境及相关人员进行消毒隔离,对防止患者的交叉感染及保护医护人员的安全有着重要的意义。

Objective To study the value of disinfection and isolation and effective nursing measures in the nursing of patients with serious hepatitis. Methods 76 cases of patients with serious hepatitis treated in our hospital from September2013 to February 2016 were selected and given the measures of disinfection and isolation measures of ward（medical staff and patients） and the treatment environment of patients was ensured, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing ways with 38 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, and the research group adopted the individual nursing measures on the basis of the control group including the mental nursing, life nursing,diet nursing, complication nursing and health education, and the nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups was observed and counted, and the related complications were compared, and the infection situation of related medical staff was observed.Results（ 1）In the nursing course, the related medical staff was not infectious, and the difference in the total satisfactory degree between the research group and the control group had statistical significance by comparison,（97.4% vs 78.9%）,P〈0.05.（2）The incidence rate of comprehensive complications in the control group was obviously higher than that in the research group [39.5%（15/38） vs 18.4%（7/38）] P〈0.05. Conclusion The effective individual nursing measures can improve the treatment enthusiasm of patients, for patients with severe hepatitis, prevent, find and treat the various complications in time,reduce the occurrence of complications of patients and improve the treatment effect of patients, at the same time, carrying out the disinfection and isolation for treatment environment of patients with serious hepatitis and related staff is of important significance to preventing the cross infection of patients and protecting the safety of medical staff.
