摘要
目的探讨在中医临床护理工作中实施人性化护理管理的效果。方法选取中医科实施人性化护理管理之前(2015年7—12月)收治的患者100例为对照组,实施人性化管理之后(2016年1—6月)收治的患者100例为观察组,对照组实施传统的临床护理管理模式,观察组实施人性化护理管理模式,对比实施前后护理质量、护理人员工作满意度、患者满意度。结果人性化管理实施后护理质量考核中,护理操作(93.52±3.63)、处理医疗险情(91.53±3.28)、工作责任心(94.72±2.47)、护患沟通(94.97±2.67)、文书书写(92.64±3.66)得分均高于对照组[(80.76±3.90),(79.76±3.75),(81.42±3.14),(80.86±±3.53),(81.53±3.56)](P<0.05);护理人员对工作环境、排班管理、业务培训、人际关系、护理纠纷的满意度(94.74%,89.47%,94.74%,84.21%,73.68%)均高于实施前(73.68%,68.42%,68.42%,63.16%,52.63%)(P<0.05);患者对服务态度、护理技能、护患沟通、环境管理的满意度(94.00%,93.00%,95.00%,91.00%)均高于实施前(78.00%,82.00%,81.00%,83.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在中医临床护理工作中实施人性化护理管理能够改善护理工作质量,提高护理人员与患者的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing management in the clinical nursing work of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 100 cases of patients in the department of traditional Chinese medicine before the implementation of humanistic nursing management(July 2015 to December 2015) were selected as the control group, and 100 cases of patients after implementing the humanistic management(from January 2016 to June 2016) were selected as the observation group, and the control group adopted the traditional clinical nursing management model, while the observation group adopted the humanistic nursing management model, and the nursing quality, satisfactory degree of nursing staff to work and satisfactory degree of patients were compared before and after the implementation. Results The nursing operation, medical risk processing, working responsibility, nurse-patient communication, documentation writing scores after the implementation of humanistic management were higher than those in the control group, [(93.52 ±3.63),(91.53 ±3.28),(94.72 ±2.47),(94.97 ±2.67),(92.64±3.66) vs(80.76±3.90),(79.76±3.75),(81.42±3.14),(80.86±±3.530),(81.53±3.56)](P〈0.05), and the satisfactory degrees to working environment, workforce management, business training, personnel relationship and nursing disputes of the nursing staff were higher than those before implementation,(73.68%, 68.42%, 68.42%, 63.16%, 52.63%)(P〈0.05), and the satisfactory degrees to service attitude, nursing skill, nurse-patient communication and environment management were higher than those before implementation,(94.00%, 93.00%, 95.00%, 91.00%) vs(78.00%, 82.00%, 81.00%, 83.00%)(P〈0.05) Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing management in the clinical nursing work of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the nursing working quality and improve the satisfactory degree of nursing staff and patients.
