超声仪器在评估2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度价值分析

Analysis of Value of Ultrasonic Instrument in Evaluating the Carotid Artherosclerosis Degree of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨调查2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的超声评估。方法阅读文献同时结合临床实践,回顾性分析该院自2015年6月—2016年3月就诊患者的临床资料。结果年龄、高血脂、高血压和高血糖是发生颈动脉粥样硬化危险因素。结论随着人们生活方式的改变,2型糖尿病患者的发病率越来越高,而且糖尿病引起的血管病变对患者的影响更为严重,利用超声评估颈动脉粥样硬化十分有必要。

Objective To study and survey the value of ultrasonic instrument in evaluating the carotid artherosclerosis degree of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The clinical data of patients diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed by reading literatures and clinical practice. Results The risk factors of the occurrence of carotid artherosclerosis were age, hyperlipoidemia, hypertension and hyperglycaemia. Conclusion With the change of people＇s lifestyle, the incidence rate of patients with type 2 diabetes is increasing, and the effect of vascular lesion caused by diabetes on patients is more severe, and it is very essential to use ultrasonic instrument to evaluate the carotid artherosclerosis
