Analysis of Patent Granting Situation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2006 to 2015

对南京医科大学第二附属医院2006—2015年授权专利的数量、分类、第一发明人、专利的维持和转化等情况进行分类统计和分析,近年来医院专利的数量有了较为显著的增长,但是专利转化率非常低,建议医院管理层树立专利是知识资产战略核心的意识,完善医院专利管理制度,加强专利管理机构和专利管理人员队伍建设,加强对科技人员专利知识的培训,紧密结合临床,促进具有实际意义的专利的授权和转化。

The paper carries out the classification statistics and analysis of the number, classification, first inventor, maintain and conversion of the granted patents in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2006 to2015, in recent years, the number of the hospital patents has obviously increased, but the conversion rate of patents is very low, therefore, the hospital management is suggested to establish an awareness that the patent is the core of strategy of the knowledge assets, improve the hospital patent management system, enhance the patent management institutions and patent management team construction, enhance the training of the patent knowledge for the scientific staff, and promote the authorization and conversion of patients of practical significance closely combined with the clinic.
