多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果观察

To observe the clinical effect of doxofylline and budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的:对多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:本次的研究对象是我院2014年6月至2016年1月期间收治的72例支气管哮喘患者。所有患者均采用动态随机化分法,分为研究组36例和对照组36例。对照组患者使用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,研究组患者给予多索茶碱联合布地奈德进行治疗,观察对比两组支气管哮喘患者治疗效果、肺通气功能变化、症状及体征消失时间的情况。结果:研究组患者的总有效率(94.44%)明显比对照组(75.00%)高,P<0.05;研究组治疗后FEV1(1.50±0.18)L、FVC(3.32±0.20)L、VC(2.93±0.18)L/s均高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组咳嗽消失时间(3.96±0.18)d、气喘消失时间(3.02±0.23)d、哮鸣音消失时间(3.09±0.29)d均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用多索茶碱联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患者进行治疗,效果显著,能有效改善患者肺功能情况,加快症状及体征消失时间,在临床上可以广泛应用。

Objective:The clinical effect of doxofylline budesonide treatment of bronchial asthma were analyzed.Methods:72 cases of bronchial asthma were treated in our hospital from June 2014 to January.Divided into study group and control group,each of 36 cases.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the study group(94.44%) was significantly higher than the control group,FEV1,FVC,VC were higher than the control group;the disappearance time of cough,wheezing disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time were lower than the control group,the P value is less than 0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of bronchial asthma patients were doxofyline combined with budesonide,can effectively improve lung function,accelerate the symptoms and signs disappeared time.
