高校实验人员已不再是简单的教辅人员,他们具备较高的学历水平,应重新确定职责和角色定位。实验人员在负责实验准备工作、管理实验室和仪器、保障实验教学正常运转的同时,还能够指导学生实验,参与科研工作。新的角色定位不但有利于学校的实验教学,人才的培养,科技的发展,还能够提高实验人员的自身素质,体现个人价值。

Laboratory technicians have been no longer simple teaching assistants in universities. They have high level of educational background, so their responsibilities and roles should be reoriented. Laboratory technicians are responsible for the preparation of experiments and the management of laboratories and equipment in order to ensure the normal operation of experimental teaching. They are also able to guide students and participate scientific research work. The new role orientation not only is beneficial to experimental teaching and talent cultivation, but also can improve the qualities of laboratory technicians,and reflect their value.
