摘要
为了改革传统的采用条码技术的高校资产管理工作模式,综合了采用无线射频识别技术、网络技术以及Web Service技术等,设计并开发了一套智能化的实验室资产管理系统。该系统由PC端资产管理系统、网络端资产管理系统以及手持端资产管理系统三部分组成,除了资产管理的基本功能外,还具有一键快速盘点、缺失资产可视化定位、资产流动声像监控、资产利用率图形化统计以及资产网络化管理等特色功能。不仅有效解决了资产清查时间长,资产流动监控难等问题,而且通过互联网共享平台使得资产管理过程透明化、无纸化,显著提高了高校固定资产管理的效率和水平,更好地保证了教学和科研工作的顺利进行。
In order to reform the outdated mode of university assets management using barcode technology,a set of intelligent laboratory assets management system has been developed based on radio frequency identification technology,network technology and Web Service technology. The system consists of three parts,which are the PC terminal asset management system,the network management system and the handheld terminal asset management system. In addition to the basic functions of asset management,it also has a key function,such as one key quick inventory,visual location of missing assets,video monitor of assets flow,graphical statistics of assets utilization and assets network management. The system can not only effectively solve the problem of long asset inventory time and difficulty in monitoring assets flow,but also through the Internet platform it makes the asset management process transparent and approval paperless. It can significantly improve the efficiency and level of fixed asset management in colleges and universities and can better guarantee the teaching and scientific research work.
