摘要
随着自动化技术的不断发展,高校自动化相关专业学生的实践环节越来越受到重视。同时,随着可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)在工业控制现场的广泛应用,PLC教学越来越受到高校的重视。PLC教学实验方法的研究和应用,将不断提高学生的创新设计和工程实践能力。根据实验和工业现场的需要,搭建了PLC教学实验平台。重点介绍了实验过程中教学实验项目设计的整个过程,使学生熟悉自动化控制系统的设计流程,锻炼了学生的动手和应用能力。
With the continuous development of automation,practice is being paid more and more attention for automation-related majors of college. With the programmable controller is widely used in the field of industrial control,the teaching of PLC is being paid more and more attention. The creating and applying of PLC teaching experiment platform play a crucial role for students of engineering practice and innovative design capabilities. According to the need of experiment and industry field,the PLC teaching experiment platform is set up. It focuses on the whole process of teaching experiment project design,which makes the students familiar with the design process of the automatic control system,and training the students' ability of practice and application.
