ABC分类法在实验室仪器设备管理中的应用

Application of activity based classification in instrument and equipment management in the laboratory

结合实验室运行管理实际情况,分析了实验室仪器设备管理的现状。针对实验室仪器设备管理存在的购置缺乏科学性与计划性、缺乏切实有效的管理程序及机制、共享程度低、缺乏专业技术人员的管理与养护等问题,引入了ABC分类法。根据ABC分类法的内涵及理论基础,对实验室仪器设备进行归类分析,提出了对实验室仪器设备进行分类管理的方法,以期降低工作人员工作强度,节省管理成本,提高实验室仪器设备管理水平和效率,促进其科学化与规范化。

According to the actual facts of the laboratory operation management,present situation of instrument and equipment management in the laboratory was analyzed. In accordance with the existing problems such as lacking of scientificalness and plans during instrument and equipment purchase,lacking of effective management programs and mechanisms,low level of instrument and equipment sharing,lacking of professional management and maintenance,activity based classification was introduced. On the basis of ABC meaning and theory,instruments and equipment in the laboratory were classified and analyzed. In order to improve management efficiency of instruments and equipment in the laboratory,save their management costs,promote scientific and standardized management of them,lower work intensity of administrative staff,classification management measures were put forward.
