大型仪器资源共享平台建设探索与实践

Exploration and practice on construction of large-scale instruments sharing platform

建立健全实验室管理制度,以硬件建设为基础,发挥实验技术人员的作用,不仅可以显著提高设备资源的利用率,更有助于创新人才培养。主要从平台建设过程、资源开放共享、文化宣传推广、信息平台构建、实验队伍建设、实验室开放基金等方面,介绍了中国海洋大学海洋化学理论与工程技术教育部重点实验室大型仪器技术服务中心的管理现状,探讨大型仪器共享平台建设以及可持续协调发展的措施,进一步营造实验室文化。

Establish and improve laboratory management system,based on hardware building,play the role of laboratory technician,not only can significantly improve the utilization of equipment resources,but also help innovative talents training. The management status of Key Laboratory of Marine Chemistry Theory and Engineering Technology of the Ministry of Education has been presented in the paper. Many details,such as the building process of large-scale instruments sharing platform,open resource sharing,cultural publicity and promotion,information platform construction,construction of laboratory staff,laboratory open fund and other aspects have been reported in the paper. Constructions of the large- scale instrument sharing platform and steps of sustainable development have been discussed to further build the laboratory culture.
