Brief analysis about the prevention of explosion accident in chemical laboratory

我国的安全生产管理工作坚持"安全第一、预防为主、综合治理"的方针,强调了预防在安全管理工作中的主要地位。对化学类实验室爆炸事故特点和引发事故原因做了简要分析,运用本质安全的原理,从技术方面和管理方面提出了一系列预防对策,为建立实验室爆炸事故预防体系提出了应对思路,为进一步完善化学类实验室安全管理工作提供了有益的参考。

For the administration of production safety,the guidelines of 'safety first,focus on prevention,comprehensive treatment'should be observed,so the importance of prevention in safety management has been emphasized. The characteristics and reasons of the explosion accident have been analyzed briefly,then a series of technical and management countermeasures have been proposed under the guidance of the principle of inherent safety. Finally some countermeasures for the prevention system of explosion accident have been put forward and also some beneficial references have been provided on the safety management of chemical laboratory.
