高职院校“十三五”教学改革路径探索与实践

Exploration on Route to Teaching Reform in the Period of "the 13th Five-Year Plan" in Vocational Colleges

深化教学改革、提高教学质量是"十三五"期间高职教育创新发展的重要任务。其主要内容包括:适应我国经济新常态产业转型升级需要,将产教融合机制建设落实到教学实施层面;通过深化校企合作,进一步提高职业学校人才培养与行业企业岗位需求的匹配程度;将职业核心能力培养融入学校教育教学全过程;建立以学生为中心的课程教学体系;强化实施教师企业实践,提高服务区域经济社会发展的能力;建立行业企业主导的生产性实训教学体系。

Deepening teaching reform and improving teaching quality is an important task for vocational education in the period of “the 13th five-year plan” . The paper holds that the contents of the teaching innovation in vocational colleges include： one,the teaching contents will meet the needs of economic transformation and upgrading of China to promote the teaching-producing-integration mechanism into the teaching practice; two, school-enterprise cooperation will be strengthened to improve the college graduates？ adaptability to the potential working posts in enterprises; three, vocational college students ’ professional key skill training will be intensified in the whole process of vocational education; four, student-centered curricula and teaching system will be established; five, the implementation of teachers ＊ practice into enterprises will be enhanced; six, an enterprise-oriented productive training system for vocational colleges will be established.
