摘要
通过自编问卷,以上海第二工业大学高等职业(国际)学院学生为被试(平行条件下对部分本科学生也做调查),调查研究其部分学习动机问题及现状,分析不同性别、年级学生之间的差异。在此基础上从学校、辅导员、学生等方面提出提高学生学习动机的对策与建议,为有关学生工作部门在开展学风建设,任课教师的教育教学等工作提供实证资料,进而提高高职学生学习成绩和学校学习氛围。
The paper takes some students in College of International Vocational Education( GIVE) from Shanghai Second Polytechnic University( SSPU) as the researching object (under the condition of parallel, some undergraduates were also tested) and applies questionnaire to investigate students5 learning motivations and analyzes the differences in different genders and in different grades of students. On the basis of analysis, the paper provides some measures and suggestions to improve the students ’ learning motivations from the aspects of colleges, tutors and students.
