摘要
常规游梁式抽油机因其结构简单实用、运行可靠性强、制造保养经济性高、行业标准及技术较为成熟、保有量较大、应用广泛,在国内外采油设备中占有绝对主导的地位。但抽油机自身结构笨重、特别是总机功率较低、平衡效果不佳、电能利用率较低、造成了能源的巨大浪费。以C-228D-256-100型常游梁式抽油机为对象,研究分析了该抽油机的悬点运动规律、运动学和动力学的计算等,并利用MATLAB软件计算出减速器净扭矩曲线对该抽油机进行平衡情况分析,确定调整该抽油机平衡效果的方法,为自动平衡调节装置的设计奠定理论基础。
Conventional beam pumping unit is simple and practical because of its structure,high reliability,high maintenance and economy,industry standard and technology are more mature,maintain a large quantity,widely used in domestic and foreign oil production equipment occupies an absolute leading position. However,the structure of the pumping unit is heavy,especially the switchboard power is low,the balance effect is not good and the utilization rate of the electric energy is low,resulting in a huge waste of energy. Based on C-228D-256-100 regular pumping unit,the movement law,kinematics and dynamics calculation of the pumping unit are studied and analyzed,and the reducer is calculated by MATLAB software. Net torque curve of the pumping unit to balance the situation analysis to determine the balance of the pumping unit to adjust the method for the automatic balance adjustment device to lay the theoretical basis for the design.
