摘要
校园招聘是地方高校人才引进的重要渠道之一,校园招聘引才工作的有效开展对地方高校的发展意义重大。在探讨了校园招聘引才工作对地方高校必要性的基础上,分析了目前地方高校校园招聘引才工作存在的问题,其主要为招聘会选择未做好、招聘前期准备不到位、交流内容不合理以及信息反馈不及时。针对这些问题提出了对应的措施,做好招聘会"三选择"、做好招聘前期准备、合理化交流内容以及做好信息反馈。
Campus recruitment is one of the important ways for local universities to recruit talent. Whether it is effective is significant for the development of local universities. Necessity of campus recruitment is discussed firstly, and problems of campus recruitment in local universi-ties are analyzed subsequently. The main problems are as follows: Vague orientation, inadequate previous preparation, irrational contents of communication, and slow information feedback.
