The article mainly discusses benefiting-farmers policy in Midu County with the help of farm machinery purchase subsidy,which aims to promote the rapid development of the county agricultural mechanization,speed up the agricultural industrial structure adjustment,promote the healthy development of rural economy and improve the farmers＇ income.
