摘要
中国酸性土壤分布广泛、土壤酸化严重,治理土壤酸化是环境保护的重要内容之一。施用石灰是一项传统而有效的酸性土壤改良措施,石灰可以中和土壤酸性,降低Al等重金属对作物的危害,提高作物的产量和品质,目前市场上还没有石灰播撒的设备。文章论述了螺旋循环式的石灰播撒机的工作原理和关键零部件的设计,在此基础上进行了播撒实验,实验得出,设计参数满足播撒量的要求。石灰播撒机的开发对于降低石灰播撒劳动强度、提高生产效率具有重要意义。
Acidic soil are widely distributed in China,soil acidification is severe,governing soil acidification is one of the important content of environmental protectionLiming is effective for improving acidic soil because it can neutralize acidic soil, reduce the harm of heavy metal on crops such as Al to increase crop yield and quality.At present,there is no lime seeding device on the marketThe paper discusses working principle of spiral circulating lime seeding device and design of key parts,and carries out seeding experiment.The experiment show that the design parameters meet the requirements of seeding quantity.The development of lime seeding machine isof great significance to reduce the labor intensity of lime spread and improve the production efficiency.
