摘要
从泵齿轮的特殊功用出发,分析了限制变位泵齿轮变位系数的相关条件;针对标准齿轮加工局限性,结合泵齿轮性能要求,考虑泵齿轮最佳变位系数的选择,从而提高齿轮泵的性能等级,为变位齿轮泵的设计提供借鉴,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Starting from the special function of gear pump, the paper analyzes related conditions limiting displacement pump gear modification coefficient.In view of the limitation of the standard gear processing, combined with the performance requirements of pump gear, the paper considers best choice of pump gear modification coefficient so as to improve the performance level of gear pump and serve as a reference for the deflection of the gear pump design,having certain engineering application value.
