新时期,纪检监察工作也面临着新的挑战,为了强化高职院校的纪检监察工作,做好高职院校纪检监察干部队伍的建设工作十分重要。因此,对纪检监察部门自身在建设方面所存在的问题进行分析,了解并查明原因,明确提出相关性措施,有助于加快和推进惩治和预防腐败体系的建设工作,严格各项纪律工作,全面完成高职院校反腐倡廉建设。

In the new period,the discipline inspection work faces new challenges,in order to strengthen disciplinary and supervisory work in higher vocational colleges,doing a good job for the construction of the discipline inspection cadres in higher vocational colleges is very important.Therefore,the paper analyzes the problems in the discipline inspection departments,understands and finds out the reason, clearly puts forward relevant measures,which is helpful to accelerate and promote the construction of the system of punishing and preventing corruption work,strictly manage the work discipline,and complete the anticorruption construction in higher vocational colleges.
