“产教融合、校企合作”的职业院校人才培养模式研究

Research on Talents Cultivation Mode of “Combination of Production and Education,Cooperation of School and Enterprises” in Technical Colleges

在新常态环境下,职业院校要想增强办学实力,必须要深化改革"产教融合、校企合作"的人才培养模式,积极探索满足社会经济发展需求的人才培养途径。在校企合作过程中,目前还存在一些亟待解决的问题。文章在分析"产教融合、校企合作"人才培养模式内涵与特点的基础上,提出了其存在的问题,针对此提出了几点完善意见,希望高职院校人才培养有所借鉴。

In the new normal environment,technical colleges and universities must deepen the reform of 'combination of production and education,cooperation of school and enterprises'to enhance the school strength,actively explore ways to meet the demand of social and economic development of talent training.In the process of cooperation between enterprises and colleges,there are some problems to be solved at present.Based on the analysis of 'combination of production and education,cooperation of school and enterprises' training mode connotation and characteristics,the paper points out the existing problems,and puts forward some perfect suggestions for the problem,hoping to offer reference for higher vocational education talents cultivation.
