摘要
渤海油田注水开发过程中低效和无效循环现象十分严重。而颗粒类封堵剂和普通聚合物凝胶强度又难以满足实际需求。半互穿网络结构凝胶由于其初始黏度较低、成胶强度大等优点,近年来已在各大陆地油田取得了较好增油降水效果。为使半互穿网络结构凝胶满足渤海油藏治理窜流技术需求,开展了半互穿网络结构凝胶黏度及其影响因素实验研究。结果表明,半互穿网络结构凝胶可以对储层中特高渗透层实施有效封堵。通过抗稀释性、抗剪切性、耐黏土、耐油性、耐酸性和稳定性等性能评价表明,与渤海油藏流体和温度条件相适应的封堵剂组成(质量分数)为:2%-4%羟丙基淀粉+2%-4%丙烯酰胺+0.036%-0.150%交联剂+0.005%-0.012%引发剂+0.002%无水硫酸钠。
The phenomena of inefficient and ineffective circulation occurred seriously in the process of water flooding in Bohai Oilfield,but the intensity of common polymer gel is difficult to meet the actual demand.Semi-interpenetrating networks has the advantages of low initial viscosity and high gel strength,which has achieved good effects on increasing oil and decreasing water in the recent years.In order to meet the technical demand of managing fluid channeling in Bohai reservoir,experimental researches have been carried out in this article on viscosity performance and its influencing factors of semi-interpenetrating networks.The results show that,semi-interpenetrating networks can plug the extra high permeable zones of the reservoirs effectively.Performance evaluation including dilution,shearing,clay,oil,acid resistance and stability indicates that,the composition of blocking agents which corresponds to the fluid and temperature of Bohai reservoir is:2%-4% hydroxypropyl starches+2%-4% acrylamide+0.036%-0.150% cross-linking agents + 0.005% -0.012% initiator+0.002% anhydrous sodium sulfite.
