摘要
华北油田老区块站外系统多采用三管伴热集输流程,工艺老化,能耗高;站内工艺流程复杂,隐患点多,随着油田逐渐进入开发后期,产油量下降、含水率上升,站外集输工艺及站内处理工艺已经不能满足国家对企业节能、节水及环保的要求。在保证油井产出液能够正常进站的前提下,利用简短串接、高温井串低温井、井口电加热器等方法将三管伴热集油工艺改为单管集油工艺,有效的节约了能耗;对站内处理工艺进行简化优化,降低了处理后的原油含水率,不但减少了站内的安全隐患点,还降低了运行费用。
The gathering and transportation of Huabei OilField old block is three-pipeline-tracing gathering and transportation process,which is old process and has high energy consumption,and the station process is complicated with many potential hazards.As the oilfield growing into later develop phrase,oil production is reducing,water cut increasing.The gathering and transportation system and station process no longer meet the national requirement of enterprise energy,water conservation and environment protection.Single-pipeline gathering and transportation process is introduced instead of three-pipeline-tracing process,through short connection,high temperature well connect low temperature one,well head electric heater,which reduces energy consumption efficiently;station process is optimized and simplified,which reduces water cut of disposed oil,potential hazard point and operation cost.
