摘要
介绍地震前兆仪器网络通信单元硬件及程序工作原理,对影响前兆仪器网络通信单元运行性能的常见原因进行分析,包括:系统供电环节、模块环节、工控机接口环节、数据存储环节。作者对各个环节中存在的故障进行分析,并在结合运行原理及实践总结的基础上,提出并实施技术解决方案,有效提高了前兆仪器网络通信单元的运行效能。
In this paper, the working principle of hardware and software of the network communicationunit of the earthquake precursor instrument is introduced. Then the common cause, which have badinfluence to operational efficiency of the network communication unit for earthquake precursorinstrument are analyzed. These common causes include system power supply, DC/DC modular,the interface of IPC, and data storage. Then the fault in each link analyzed. Finally, combiningoperation principle and practice summary, technique solutions for each fault are proposed. Thesetechnique solutions effectively improved the operational efficiency of the network communicationunit of the earthquake precursor instrument.
