摘要
通过研究调查安徽省高校图书馆微信公众平台的使用现状,分析图书馆微信平台建设、开通认证、活跃度、信息推送、自助服务功能等方面存在的问题,并提出针对性建议。
This paper investigates the WeChat public platforms of academic libraries in Anhui province. Theproblems of WeChat public platform such as construction, certification, activity, information push and self-serviceare analyzed in detail. And then, some useful suggestions are proposed.
