协同论视角下的专利信息服务规范构建

The Construction of Patent Information Service Standard from the Perspective of Synergetics

专利信息服务规范在当前的协同创新环境下更显其必要性。协同论认为复杂开放系统中序参量处于主导地位,主宰着系统的演化过程。协同环境下的专利信息服务可视为一个典型的复杂开放系统,服务规范的制订与实施能推进信息服务能力这一序参量的发展。文章从协同论的视角对专利信息服务的现有相关规范进行了分析与总结,在此基础上提出了规范的构建原则,并对其进行了构面分析。

Patent information service standard becomes more important under current collaborative innovationsituation. Synergetics suggests that during an open complex system, the order variable is in the dominant position,which dominates the evolution process of the system. Regarding patent information service under the situation as atypical one, service standard, formulation and implementation can improve the order variable-information serviceability. This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing corresponding standards under synergetics. Based on it ,this paper proposes the construction principle, and analyzes the standard’s dimensions.
