摘要
为了研究滚珠丝杠副精度保持性,实现快速预测其精度寿命,建立了其精度保持性加速退化试验方法.利用滚珠丝杠副磨损物理仿真模型开展了滚珠丝杠副精度保持性加速退化仿真试验.结果表明:实现了滚珠丝杠副寿命的快速预测,为开展精密滚珠丝杠副精度保持性加速退化试验研究提供了理论依据.
To study the accuracy stability of the ball screws and predict the accuracy life of the ball screw quickly, an accelerated degradation test method for accuracy stability of the precision ball screw was established in this paper. The simulation of accelerated degradation test of the ball screw was carried out by using the wear physical simulation model. Rapid prediction of the accuracy life of ball screws was realized. It provides a theoretical basis of accelerated degradation test for accuracy stability of the precision ball screw.
