According to the research and analysis of the responsibilities of major participants of some engineering programs,the paper finds out the influential factors of the precipitation of open cassion construction on surrounding environment and points out the prevention measures accordingly from the identification of cassion＇s influential scopes,structural design,and construction control,so as to provide some reference for similar engineering programs.
