摘要
以石首长江公路大桥为例,从浇筑分层布置、冷却循环水控制、混凝土配合比优化、现场养护等方面,阐述了大桥主墩承台混凝土施工的质量控制措施,指出承台浇筑后表面基本无温度应力裂缝的产生。
Taking Shi-Shou Yangze River highway bridge as an example,starting from aspects of grouting segmented allocation,cooling recycled water control,concrete mixing proportion optimization and in-situ maintenance,the paper describes major pier cushion cap concrete construction quality control measures of the bridge,and finally points out that: there is now temperature stress cracks occurring in the cushion cap surface casted.
