摘要
介绍了工程监理的基本概念,结合工程监理制度的现状,从行政、市场、国际竞争等方面,分析了影响建设监理制度的主要因素,并提出了完善监理制度的对策,对提高建筑企业经济效益及施工质量有一定的意义。
The paper introduces basic concepts of engineering supervision. Combining with engineering supervision system status,starting from aspects of administration,market and international competitiveness,it analyzes major factors influencing supervision system construction,and puts forward countermeasures of improving supervision system,which has certain meaning for improving construction enterprise economy benefits and construction quality.
