结合工作经验,总结了监理合同签订过程中易忽视的问题,并分析了各种问题的危害性,从投标资料填写、重视谈判纪要、明确监理期限等方面,提出了监理合同签订工作的注意事项,从而保证监理合同的公正性、合理性和低风险性。

Combining with the work experience,this paper summarized the ignored problems in supervision contract signing process,and analyzed the harmfulness of various problems,from the tender information writing,paying attention to negotiation minutes,clearing establishment of deadlines and other aspects,put forward the matters needing attention in supervision contract signing work,so as to ensure the fairness,rationality and low risk of supervision contract.
