摘要
介绍了全面质量管理的PDCA循环模式的特点,并结合工程案例,从安全决策、计划实施、效果检查、汇总总结四个阶段,阐述了PDCA循环模式在工程中的应用,有利于促进该管理模式的推广发展。
The paper introduces the features of the PDCA model of the overall quality management,and illustrates its application in projects from the safety decision-making,plan implementation,effect checking,and summary,so as to enhance the development of the management model.
