摘要
采用SLP方法对某磷化工企业工厂布局方案进行设施布局优化设计,首先介绍磷化工产品生产工艺,从而归纳总结磷化工企业生产物流特点,指出当前设施布局方案中存在的问题;其次根据生产工艺和SLP方法,划分作业单元,结合磷化工企业特点,进行物流和非物流关系分析,再根据工厂实际场地约束条件对规划方案进行修正和调整,形成三个可行的布局方案;最后通过物流-距离分析法和层次分析法分别从单个指标和多个指标对方案进行综合评价,从中选出最优方案。
The paper researches the layout planning of the phosphorus chemical plant based on the systematic layout planning( SLP). Firstly processes of phosphorus chemical products are introduced and the logistic features are summarized and induced. The present planning solution is analyzed and the existed problems are found. Secondly the requirements of layout planning of the phosphorus chemical factory are proposed and the constraint conditions are considered to makes full use of the wharf and the special railway line resources. The operational units are divided,the relationship charts are drawn from the logistics and the non- logistics relationships respectively,and three feasible solutions are obtained. Finally the optimal solution is found by using the logistics- distance analysis method and AHP to carry out the comprehensive evaluation with single index and multi- indexes.
