摘要
光伏产业作为我国新能源产业的代表之一,发展过程崎岖多艰。文中选取2008-2015年光伏产业上市公司面板数据,运用DEA模型测度光伏产业的相对产能利用率,并使用固定效应回归模型对影响光伏产业产能的因素进行研究。得出我国光伏企业存在相对产能过剩,其过剩来自政府和企业的共同作用。地方政府应着力于完善配套政策,扩大国内光伏需求,光伏企业则应积极关注自身风险,提升经营能力,两者的良性互动才能有效促进光伏产业的健康发展。
As one of China's new energy industry,the development of PV industry is rugged and difficult. This paper selects 2008- 2015 panel data of listed companies. Using DEA model to measure the relative capacity utilization,and using a fixed effects regression model to find which factors are affecting the production capacity of PV industry. The result shows that PV companies in China is overcapacity,because of the joint action from the government and businesses. Local governments should focus on supporting policies,especially expanding domestic demand. PV companies should be concerned about their own risk,improve operational capabilities. Positive interaction between the governments and companies will promote the development of PV industry.
