基于任务驱动的供应链管理翻转课堂教学模式研究

Flipped Classroom Teaching Based on Task- Driven in Supply Chain Management

针对传统课程教学模式存在的学生学习缺乏主动性、问题解决能力差等问题,以精品资源共享课程平台为支撑,将任务驱动教学法融入翻转课堂,构建了基于任务驱动的翻转课堂教学模式;将该模式应用到《供应链管理》课程教学改革中,对主要教学内容及教学活动进行了设计。课改实践表明,该教学模式对激发学生的主动性、提高学生供应链问题解决能力具有明显的效果。

Students＇ lack of initiative in learning and low ability in problem- solving are two of the main deficiencies for a traditional classroom. So,a new teaching mode ＂Task- Driven Flipped Classroom（ TD- FCM） ＂is put forward in the paper,which is based on the excellent resource- sharing courses,and integrated the Task- driven Teaching method into the flipped classroom. Then,the mode is applied to the course of Supply Chain Management（ SCM）,and the teaching contents and activities design are discussed. The practiceshows that this teaching mode is very helpful to motivate students initiative learning and enhance their abilities to solve the problems in SCM.
