芪苈强心胶囊联合铁剂治疗慢性心功能衰竭73例

Seventy-Three Cases with Chronic Heart Failure Treated with Qili Heart-Strengthening Capsules Combined with Iron Supplements

目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊联合铁剂治疗慢性心功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月—2015年6月本院治疗的慢性心功能衰竭患者146例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组73例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,对照组另给予芪苈强心胶囊含服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用铁剂治疗。结果:观察组有效率90.41%,对照组有效率75.34%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心功能指标LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、SV、CI和NT-pro BNP水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊联合铁剂治疗慢性心功能衰竭疗效明显,能改善患者的心功能。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Qili Heart-Strengthening Capsules combined with iron supplements on chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods：Totally 146 patients with CHF treated in this hospital between January,2012 and June,2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 73 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment. Control group were added with sublingual administration of Qili Heart-Strengthening Capsules while on this basis observation group were additionally given iron supplements. Results：The effective rate was 90.41% in observation group and 75.34% in control group; observation group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD, SV, CI and NT-proBNP in observation group were better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qili Heart-Strengthening Capsules conibined with iron supplements has remarkable therapeutic effects on CHF,which can improve the heart function of the patients.
