除风益损汤联合白内障超声乳化术治疗硬核性白内障临床研究

Clinical Treatment on Hardcore Cataract Treated with Wind-Expelling and Impairment-Benefiting Decoction Combined with Cataract Phacoemulsification

目的:观察除风益损汤联合白内障超声乳化术治疗硬核性白内障的临床疗效及其对患者角膜内皮的影响。方法:选择2011年1月—2013年12月本院收治的硬核性白内障患者97例(104眼),按照随机数字表法将97例患者随机分为治疗组52例(56眼)和对照组45例(48眼)。治疗组给予除风益损汤联合超声乳化术治疗,对照组给予现代囊外摘除术治疗。结果:术后1 d、术后1周以及术后1个月,两组患者裸眼视力比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗组术后3个月、术后6个月裸眼视力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后发生角膜水肿情况比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后两组角膜内皮细胞密度均较手术前下降(P<0.05),治疗组术后角膜内皮细胞密度低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组手术后细胞面积较手术前增加(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:除风益损汤联合白内障超声乳化术治疗硬核性白内障疗效显著,能减少患者角膜内皮的丢失。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Wind-Expelling and Impairment-Benefiting Decoction combined with cataract phaeoemulsifieation on hardeore cataract and its influence on the patients＇ corneal endothelium. Methods：Totally 97 patients （ 104 eyes） with hardcnre cataract treated in this hospital between January,2011 and December,2013 were randomly divided into treatment group （52 eases,56 eyes） and control group （45 cases ,48 eyes）. Control group were given modern extraeapsular cataract extraction treatment while treatment group were a Wind-Expelling and Impairment-Benefiting Decoction combined with cataract phacoemulsification. Results：One day,1 week and 1 month after the surgery,the difference of eyesight of the naked eyes between the two groups had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Three months and 6 months after surgery,the eyesight of the naked eyes in treatment group was markedly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of the occurrence of corneal edema between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The eell density of the corneal endothelinm in both groups after surgery declined （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;and the declined in treatment group was greater than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cell area in both groups after surgery increased,and the increase in treatment group was greater than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Wind-Expelling and Impairment-Benefiting Decoction combined with cataract phacoemulsification has remarkable therapeutic effects on hardcore cataract,which can reduce the loss of patients＇ corneal endothelium.
