针刺、耳穴贴压联合脑胺滴丸治疗偏头痛50例

Fifty Case with Migraine Treated with Acupuncture and Auricular-Plastering Therapy Combined with Nao'an Dropping Pills

目的:观察针刺、耳穴贴压联合脑胺滴丸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取本院针灸科门诊2014年1月-2015年1月就诊的偏头痛患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组给予针刺、耳穴贴压联合脑胺滴丸治疗,对照组给予脑胺滴丸治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺、耳穴贴压联合脑胺滴丸治疗偏头痛临床疗效显著。

Objeetive ：To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture and auricular-plastering therapy combined with Nao＇an Dropping Pills on migraine. Methods ：Totally 100 patients with migraine treated in the acupuncture department of this hospital between January,2014 and January,2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Treatment group were given acupuncture and auricular-plastering therapy combined with Nao＇ an Dropping Pills while control group were given Nao＇an Dropping Pills for the treatment. Results ： After treatment,the score of VAS in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and auricular-plastering therapy combined with Nao＇an Dropping Pills have remarkable therapeutic effects on migraine.
