江苏方志淮安地区药物研究

Research on the Drugs in the Huaian Area in Jiangsu Local Chronicles

江苏地方志记载的淮安地区药物主要存在以下问题:1多个版本地方志记载药物存在重复现象,《光绪安东县志》《同治重修山阳县志》和《光绪丙子清河县志》均记载了瓜蒌,而且分别记载了瓜蒌、栝篓、瓜篓等不同的书写方法,这可能与地方志编撰时相互参考有关。2对药物记载普遍存在内容不够详细,仅记载其植物特点、生长特点,有些药物记载了功能主治、毒性,但普遍缺少药物使用方法及处方、案例等具体的内容,这可能与地方志主要编纂者的写作指导思想及目的有关,尚不能满足专业人士阅读和学习的要求。3本地产具有治疗作用的特殊药物,如乳丁草、萆麻子、紫荆龙、望江南、地敷子、藿虱、铁片7种,建议当地研究者能够在民间寻访确定药物品种,并进一步研究和开发利用,造福人类健康。

According to Jiangsu Local Chronicles, the drugs in Huaian Area have the following problems ： 1. There is repetition in multiple versions of local chronicles;Gualou （Fructus Trichosanthis） is recorded in the three books of Guangxu Andong County Annals, Tongzhi Chongxiu Shanyang County Annals and Guangxu Bingzi Qinghe County Annals with different writings of Gualou and Kuolou,which may be due to the mutual reference during the compilation of local chronicles;2. The content is not in detail and only the characteristics of the plants and their growth or the indications, toxicity of some drug are recorded, trot the usage, prescriptions and medical cases are not included, which may be related with the guiding ideology during the writing of the local chronicals. Consequently, these books can not satisfy the reading and learning requirements of the professiunals ;3. There are some special drugs with therapeutic effects, such as Rudingcao, Bimazi （Castor bean） ,Zijinglong（ Dactylicapnos scandens）, Wangjiangnan （Cassia occidentalis Linn）, Difuzi （Fructus Kochiae） , Huoshi, Tiepian. It is suggestible for the local researchers in explore and identify the varieties of the drugs for further research ,development and utilization in order to benefit people＇s health.
