摘要
采用V形自由弯曲回弹试验,通过控制凸模行程和凹模间距获得不同的弯曲角,研究。TDP590+Z、DP780+Z和DP980三种高强双相钢的材料性能参数和模具参数对回弹角的影响,并通过CAE仿真软件进行了成形模拟。研究结果表明,回弹角随材料屈服强度和凹模间距的增大而增大,随凸模圆角半径的减小而减小,模拟结果与试验结果一致。同时,回弹角随板料厚度的增加而减小,而摩擦系数对回弹角的影响不大。
The influence of geometric parameters of die and material properties of three kinds of high strength dual phase steel including DP590 + Z, DP780 + Z and DP980 on spring-back angle was studied by means of V-shape free bending test and forming simulation. The results showed that the spring-back angle increased with the increase of yield strength and die gap, and decreased with the decrease of punch corner radius, and the simulation results were in agreement with the experimental results. The simulation results also showed that spring-back angle decreased with the increase of sheet thickness and friction coefficient had little effect on spring-back angle.
