摘要
根据神渭煤浆输送管道项目的技术要求,研发了煤浆输送用X65耐磨管线钢。该钢种在成分设计方面采用在适量碳和锰含量基础上复合添加铌和钛,同时添加高含量的铬,并结合TMCP工艺,最终得到了粒状贝氏体+铁素体+珠光体的复相组织。检验结果表明,研发钢板具有较高的强韧性和优良的抗冲蚀磨损性能,完全满足神渭煤浆输送管道项目的技术要求。
According to the technical requirements of the ShenWei coal slurry transporting pipeline project, the X65 wear-resistant pipeline steel was developed. The polyphase microstructure with granular bainite, ferrite and pearlite was obtained through composition design, which adopted a proper amount of C, Mn with Nb, Ti and high content of Cr added, and combined with TMCP process. The test results showed that the developed steel plate with high strength and toughness, good resistance to erosive wear performance, fully met the technical requirements of the ShenWei coal slurry transporting pipeline project.
