放松训练联合心理护理对肺癌患者负性情绪和不良反应的影响

Effect of relaxation training combined with psychological nursing on the negative emotion and side effects of lung cancer patients

目的探讨放松训练联合心理护理对肺癌患者负性情绪和不良反应的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2015年1月间湖北医学院附属东风医院收治的80例肺癌化疗患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者用常规护理、加强心理护理和放松训练,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者的负性情绪、不良反应和化疗效果。结果两组患者化疗前负性情绪的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者化疗后的焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)的评分及发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的客观缓解率(ORR)为15.0%,高于对照组的5.0%,胃肠道反应轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论放松训练联合心理护理能明显缓解肺癌患者的负性情绪,减轻胃肠道反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of relaxation training combined with psychological nursing on the negative emotion and side effects of lung cancer patients. Methods 80 patients with lung cancer from February 2014 to January 2015 in the affiliated hospital of Hubei Medical College were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group with 40 cases was given relaxation training combined with psychological nursing bases on routine nursing,the control group with 40 cases was used routine nursing,and the negative emotions,adverse reactions and chemotherapy effect of two groups were compared. Results There was no statistical significance of negative emotion in two groups before chemotherapy（ P〉 0. 05）. The self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and self-rating depression scale（ SDS） scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the incidence rates of anxiety and depression were and SDS was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The objective response rate（ ORR） in the observation group（ 15. 0%） was higher than that in the control group（ 5. 0%）,the gastrointestinal tract reaction was lighter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Relaxation training combined with psychological nursing can obviously relieve the toxic and side effects of lung cancer patients,and reduce gastrointestinal reaction and improve the treatment effect.
