食管癌患者围手术期应用临床护理路径的疗效和护理体会

Efficacy and satisfaction of perioperative clinical nursing pathway in patients with esophageal carcinoma

目的探讨食管癌患者围术期应用临床护理路径的疗效和护理体会。方法选取2014年1月至2015年7月间陕西省肿瘤医院收治的90例食管癌手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组患者采用临床护理路径,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察和比较两组患者手术后并发症发生情况、护理后生活质量评分变化情况和满意度。结果观察组患者手术后并发症发生率较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后生活质量各维度得分和总分较对照组均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理服务满意度较对照组明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能明显减少手术后并发症,提升患者生活质量和对护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of perioperative clinical nursing pathway in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods Ninety patients treated with surgery for esophageal carcinoma in Shaanxi Provincial Tumor Hospital from January 2014 to July 2015 were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group received clinical nursing pathway and patients in the control group received routine nursing care. Incidence of postoperative complications,post-nursing quality of life and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,incidence of postoperative complications significantly decreased in the observation group（ P〈 0. 05）; scores of life quality at each dimension and total score obviously increased in the observation group（ P〈 0. 05）; degree of patients＇ satisfaction was significantly improved in the observation group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Perioperative clinical nursing pathway for patients with esophageal carcinoma can significantly reduce incidence of complications and improve life quality and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing service.
